Take the first step
If you haven’t studied with us before then Level One is the place to start. Whether you work in the industry or simply love cheese, the Associate course is the first step on your journey to Master of Cheese.
Choose how to study
Academy of Cheese is open to all and we’re on a mission to take cheese education global. There are three ways to study with us; in a classroom, virtually via live webinars or at your own pace via the self-study eLearning course.
Discover cheese
Delve into the 9 core modules of the course and taste your way through 25 iconic cheeses. If you are studying at home, be sure to download the digital delegate pack, it contains the Level One 25 cheeses book, MPM Model and Structured Approach to Tasting sheets.
Take the exam
Whichever way you choose to study, you’ll need to take the online exam to become a certified Academy of Cheese Associate. It’s 30 questions in 30 minutes, you’ve got this!
